This product will be flat packed boxed and require assembly. It comes with instructions and should take takes no more than 60 mins to assemble on average. We recommend you charge your battery fully after unboxing; then recharge after every use or at least once a month thereafter. If Charging instructions are not follow this will lead to shortened usage time
